Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Poyraz Avsever (Commit Kingdom, Ankara, Türkiye, destek@commitkingdom.com) for using the Commit Kingdom mobile and web app, Commit Kingdom Desktop and the Commit Kingdom Tracker extensions (“Commit Kingdom”). By creating an account you accept them. Your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy notice.

1. Account.

• You must be 16 or older.
• One account per person. You may not sell, transfer or rent it.
• Keep your email, Google or Apple account secure.
• Nicknames must not be abusive, hateful, impersonating or misleading. We may change inappropriate ones.

2. Code tracking and fair play. Progress is based on real coding work. You must not:

• generate fake, automated or artificial coding activity (bots, scripts, macros, meaningless edit loops);
• send activity by modifying or imitating the Tracker, API or client;
• use someone else’s computer or account, or share activity across multiple accounts;
• exploit bugs (please report them);
• harass other players or disrupt the game.

Activity is checked by automated rules. A suspicious day is placed under review, and until the review ends that day’s energy cannot be used to raid other players. A person makes the final decision; if rejected, that day’s rewards are reversed. You can appeal through support. AI-assisted coding is allowed: it is shown separately in supported tools and counted under the game rules.

3. The game and other players.

• Commit Kingdom is multiplayer: everyone shares one map, and towers can be raided.
• A raid can take only part of the unprotected gold. Towers, rooms, items, soldiers, gems, XP and chests are never taken.
• New players are protected by a beginner shield for a while.
• Rules, numbers and balance may change to keep the game fair and fun.

4. Virtual items.

• Gold, gems, XP, energy, chests, items, soldiers and other in-game items are a limited licence with no monetary value, not your property.
• They cannot be cashed out, transferred or sold, and trading them outside the game is prohibited.
• Chests have random contents, and the odds are shown on the chest screen. Chests are earned by playing and are never sold for money; gems only shorten the wait on a chest you have already earned.
• Virtual items end when your account is deleted or closed under these terms.
• No refunds are given for virtual items, except where the law requires them.

5. Kingdom Plus and the Commander Pack.

• Purchases: made only through the App Store or Google Play, under that store’s payment and refund rules. The web app and Desktop do not sell anything. Store prices include taxes.
• Kingdom Plus:
  • An auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly.
  • First-time yearly subscribers may get a 7-day free trial; you are charged unless you cancel before it ends.
  • It renews at the same length and price unless you cancel in your store account at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • After you cancel, benefits last until the end of the period.
• Commander Pack:
  • A fixed bundle of gold and gems, buyable at most once a week.
  • It is credited immediately.
  • Energy, XP and soldiers are never sold.
• Right of withdrawal: Plus benefits and the Commander Pack are digital content delivered immediately on purchase. Where you consent to this at purchase, the right of withdrawal ends, as permitted by Turkish distance-contract rules (art. 15/1-ğ).
• Refunds: go through the store (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: order history). Refunded purchases are removed from your account.
• Changes: we may change prices and Plus benefits. A price change on an active subscription is notified in advance under the store’s rules.

6. Commit Kingdom Tracker.

• Desktop and the extensions run on your computer and send only the data described in the Privacy notice.
• The Tracker is open source under MIT, and tudi-cli is a BSD-3-Clause fork of wakatime-cli. The open-source licence covers the Tracker’s code.
• Using the Commit Kingdom service is governed by these terms.

7. Intellectual property. The Commit Kingdom name, logo, art, sounds, text and software (except the open-source Tracker) belong to Poyraz Avsever. You get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to play. You may share share-cards and screenshots personally.

8. Enforcement and closing your account.

• If you break these terms, depending on severity we may:
  • warn you;
  • reverse rewards;
  • suspend your account;
  • close your account.
• We tell you the decision and the reason by email, and you can appeal.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time, and restore it within 30 days.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the store.

9. Availability and liability.

• Availability: Commit Kingdom is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. If we end the game or a feature, we announce it reasonably in advance and refund subscription periods as the law and the store require.
• Liability: except for intent, gross negligence and your statutory consumer rights, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits.
• The Tracker and your computer: the Tracker never modifies your files or sends your code. Backing up your computer remains your responsibility.

10. Changes. We announce material changes in the app and by email at least 15 days before they take effect. If you keep using Commit Kingdom after that, you accept them; otherwise you can delete your account.

11. Law and disputes.

• Turkish law applies.
• Consumers: may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502, within the statutory thresholds.
• Otherwise: the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
